This workshop explores movement as a healing tool. This first of a 4-part series focuses on the relationship to the self and to the body using movement to explore self-compassion and intuition. Topics and activities include: reconnection between body and mind, creating a kinder mental landscape, and emotional resilience. Includes warmup and gentle stretches. Wear soft, comfortable clothes you can move in. Movement Lab is Facilitated by Jen & Sylvia, combining backgrounds in dance, somatic practices, and resonance healing.
Optional: Bring a blanket for meditation section.
